2. What data we collect on this website

• Cookie preferences — your accept or reject choice is stored in your browser so we do not ask you again on every visit. This stays on your device.
• Analytics data — only if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about how you use the site (pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type). IP addresses are anonymised.
• Contact data — if you contact us by phone or through our contact page, we process the details you give us to respond to you.
• Digital Assistant messages — when you use a Digital Assistant, the text you submit and the conversation so far are sent securely to our AI service to generate a reply. Conversations are held only in the open page and are cleared when you refresh or leave. Do not include names, addresses, school names, dates of birth, case numbers or other identifying details unless they are essential.

This website does not have user accounts, checkout or booking flows. Account, purchase and booking data for wider Simplified Support services are handled on those services and covered by their own privacy information.

3. Our lawful bases

• Consent — for analytics cookies. We do not set them unless you accept, and you can change your choice at any time.
• Legitimate interests — to run, secure and improve the website, and to respond to enquiries you send us. We also rely on legitimate interests to provide the Digital Assistant response you request.
• Legal obligation — where we must keep or disclose records by law.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. Digital Assistant messages are processed by Lovable AI and its model providers to generate the requested reply. If you accept analytics cookies, usage data is processed by Google (Google Analytics 4) under its own data processing terms. Our website hosting and infrastructure providers process data on our behalf under contract.

5. How long we keep data

Digital Assistant conversations are not saved as chat history by this website and are cleared from the page when you refresh or leave. Our AI and infrastructure providers may retain limited request data under their service and security terms. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics retention settings and is not used to identify you. Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, then deleted.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time (for example by clearing your cookies and declining analytics). This website provides information for parents, carers and professionals and is not directed at children. Adults should not enter identifying information about a child into a Digital Assistant. If you need to describe a situation, use general or anonymised details.
