Cookie Policy
Last updated: 11 September 2026
This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on this website. We only set analytics cookies if you accept them.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. We also use similar browser storage (localStorage) for essential preferences.
2. Strictly necessary storage
- ss-cookie-consent (localStorage, no expiry) — remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics cookies, so we do not ask on every visit. This is essential and cannot be switched off.
3. Analytics cookies (optional)
If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — which pages are visited, how long visits last, and the type of device used. IP anonymisation is enabled. Google Analytics sets cookies including:
- _ga — distinguishes visitors (typically stored for 2 years)
- _ga_* — maintains session state (typically stored for 2 years)
These cookies are only set after you choose Accept on our cookie banner. If you reject, Google Analytics never loads.
4. Managing your choice
You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings, which removes your stored preference and any analytics cookies — the banner will then ask again. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies entirely; see your browser's help pages for how.
5. Third parties
Google processes analytics data under its own terms. See Google's cookie policy for details. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data more broadly.
6. Contact
